3. Setup and Installation

The Bracketron PwrUp Auto offers multiple installation options to suit your vehicle's interior. Ensure the car is powered ON for the mount's automatic functions to operate.

3.1. Dashboard/Windshield Mounting (Suction Cup)

1. Clean the Surface: Use water or alcohol and a lint-free cloth to thoroughly clean the desired mounting surface (windshield or dashboard). Ensure it is free of dust, oil, or protectants.
2. Attach Suction Cup: Press the TemperBond suction cup firmly onto the clean, flat surface. Avoid curved or uneven surfaces.
3. Secure Lever: Flip the lever on the suction cup base to lock it in place.
4. Adjust Arm: Utilize the tilt-and-telescope arm to achieve your optimal viewing angle. The arm is 270° adjustable, 6.5" extendable, and the phone holder is 360° rotatable.
5. Optional 3M Dashboard Pad: If mounting on a textured dashboard or real leather, use the included 3M adhesive pad. Apply the pad to the cleaned surface, press firmly, and wait 36-72 hours before attaching the suction cup to the pad. Mounting too soon may cause it to peel.

• The car must be powered ON for the phone to charge and for the grips to automatically close.
• If beeping occurs while the car is ON, verify that you are using the included cable and that it is properly connected to your car's DC supply (cigarette lighter receptacle).
• When you turn the car off, if the device detects a phone, it will beep to remind you to retrieve it. If the device does not release your phone, turn the car back on and push the release button.
