3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Juicing Fruits and Vegetables

1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
2. Place the juice cup and pulp container in their designated positions.
3. Turn on the juicer using the power button.
4. Gradually feed whole or large pieces of fruits and vegetables into the 6-inch extra-wide feed chute. The built-in pre-cutter will automatically process larger items.
5. Use the pusher only if necessary to gently guide produce down the chute. Do not force ingredients.
6. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients completely. The juice will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
7. Once juicing is complete, turn off the machine and unplug it before disassembling.

4.2 Making Sorbet

To make sorbet, ensure the sorbet strainer is installed instead of the juice strainer. Use frozen fruits, allowing them to thaw slightly for a few minutes before processing for optimal consistency.
