2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Allow the unit to stand upright for at least one hour before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.
2.2 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, it is recommended to clean the unit. The ice maker features an automatic self-cleaning function:
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the MAX line.
- Press and hold the POWER button for 5 seconds to activate the self-cleaning program.
- Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit.
2.3 Adding Water
Open the top lid and pour potable water into the reservoir. Ensure the water level does not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated inside the reservoir.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to turn the unit on or off. The 'POWER' indicator light will illuminate when the unit is on.
3.2 Selecting Ice Size
The ice maker produces cylinder-shaped ice cubes. You can select between two sizes:
- Press the SELECT button to toggle between 'S' (Small) and 'L' (Large) ice cube sizes. The corresponding LED indicator will light up.
3.3 Ice Production Cycle
Once powered on and an ice size is selected, the unit will automatically begin the ice-making process. It takes approximately 7-8 minutes to produce 8 ice cubes per batch.

3.4 Ice Full and Add Water Indicators
- The 'ICE FULL' indicator light will illuminate when the ice basket is full, and the unit will pause ice production.
- The 'ADD WATER' indicator light will illuminate when the water reservoir is low, and the unit will pause ice production until water is refilled.
3.5 Ice Collection
Use the included ice scoop to retrieve ice from the removable ice basket. The ice basket holds up to 1 pound of ice cubes.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
4.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning Function
The ice maker features an automatic five-cycle self-cleaning function to help prevent limescale buildup and ensure fresh-tasting ice. To activate:
- Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. The unit will begin its cleaning cycle.
- After the cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit.

4.2 Regular Cleaning
- Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

- For stubborn stains or mineral deposits, use a solution of water and vinegar.

5. Troubleshooting
- Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional electrical outlet.
- 'ADD WATER' indicator is on: The water reservoir is low. Refill with potable water up to the MAX line.
- 'ICE FULL' indicator is on: The ice basket is full. Remove ice to resume production.
- Ice cubes are small or cloudy: This can occur during the initial cycles or if the water temperature is too high. Ensure the unit has proper ventilation and use cold water for optimal results.
- Unusual noise: Some operational noise is normal during ice production. If the noise is excessive or unusual, ensure the unit is on a stable surface and there are no obstructions.
