3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the ASUS AiO V470 from its packaging. Ensure all components are present: the All-in-One PC unit, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, power adapter, and documentation.

3.2 Connecting Peripherals

1. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the back of the AiO and then to a power outlet.
2. Wireless Keyboard and Mouse: The wireless keyboard and mouse are pre-paired. Locate the USB dongle, typically found inside the mouse's battery compartment, and insert it into an available USB port on the AiO. Ensure batteries are installed in both the keyboard and mouse.
3. External Devices (Optional): Connect any external devices such as printers, external hard drives, or additional monitors to the appropriate USB or HDMI ports.

3.3 Initial Power-On

4.1 Windows 11 Basics

4.2 Using the Retractable Camera

The 1080p HD camera is located at the top of the display and can be retracted for privacy. To use the camera, gently push it upwards until it locks into position. To hide it, push it down until it retracts fully into the chassis.

The AiO V470 features dual 5W speakers with Dolby Atmos support for an immersive audio experience. AI noise-canceling technology helps reduce background noise during calls and recordings. Adjust audio settings via the Windows Sound settings.

4.4 Network Connectivity

Connect to the internet via Wi-Fi 6E or the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. For Wi-Fi, access network settings in Windows 11 to select your network and enter the password. For wired connection, simply plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 port.

  • Try inserting the dongle into a different USB port.
• No Display: Check all cable connections. If using an external monitor, ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor.
• Slow Performance: Close unnecessary applications. Check for background updates or scans. Ensure sufficient free storage space.
