Setup and Assembly

The REIBII shelving unit features a bolt-free assembly design, requiring no tools. Follow these step-by-step instructions for quick and easy setup.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in your product's parts list are present and undamaged.
2. Attach Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet (Component E, if labeled in your specific manual) into the bottom of the four lower pole sections (Component C). Ensure they are securely tightened.
3. Install Plastic Clips: Snap the plastic clips (Component D) onto the grooves of the lower pole sections (Component C) at your desired height for the first shelf. Ensure all four clips for a single shelf are at the same height.
4. Place First Shelf: Carefully slide the first wire shelf (Component A) over the top of the lower pole sections, ensuring the corners of the shelf rest securely on the installed plastic clips. Gently tap down on the shelf corners with a rubber mallet (not included) or your hands to ensure it is fully seated and stable.
5. Connect Upper Poles: Insert the upper pole sections (Component B) into the top of the lower pole sections (Component C). The poles will connect securely.
6. Install Remaining Shelves: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the remaining shelves, adjusting the height of the plastic clips as needed for each shelf. Ensure each shelf is fully seated and stable before proceeding.
7. Final Check: Once all shelves are installed, gently push and pull the unit to ensure it is stable. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to eliminate any wobbling.

The shelves can be adjusted to any desired height along the poles. To adjust a shelf:

1. Remove all items from the shelf you wish to adjust.
2. Carefully lift the shelf off its plastic clips.
3. Remove the plastic clips from the poles.
4. Re-attach the plastic clips at the new desired height, ensuring they are level and securely snapped into the grooves.
5. Place the shelf back onto the clips, ensuring it is fully seated.

Each individual shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 640 lbs (290 kg). The total unit capacity is 3200 lbs (1451 kg). Distribute weight evenly across each shelf to prevent bowing or instability. Do not exceed these limits.

• Verify that the weight on the shelves is evenly distributed and not exceeding the maximum capacity.

Difficulty Adjusting Shelves:
