5. Operating Instructions
The FLEXISPOT OC19 chair offers multiple adjustment features to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.
5.1. Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the right side of the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height.
5.2. Backrest Recline and Lock
The backrest can recline between 90° and 120°. To recline, pull the recline lever (typically located under the left side of the seat) and lean back. Release the lever to lock the backrest in your preferred position. The segmented backrest design provides targeted lumbar and dorsal support.

5.3. Lumbar Support Adjustment
The C-shaped ergonomic lumbar support is designed to follow the natural curve of your spine. It can be adjusted for both height and depth to provide personalized support to your lower back. Gently push or pull the lumbar support pad to adjust its depth, and slide it up or down to adjust its height.

5.4. 2D Armrest Adjustment
The 2D armrests automatically adjust with the recline of the backrest. When you recline, the armrests follow your arm's movement to maintain support and relieve shoulder pressure. When you return to an upright position, they return to their original position without manual adjustment.
5.5. Headrest Adjustment
The headrest can be adjusted in two dimensions (2D) to support your neck and head. Adjust its height and angle to find the most comfortable position.

5.6. Breathable Mesh Design
The seat and backrest are constructed from elastic and breathable mesh fabric, promoting optimal air circulation. This design helps prevent sweating and discomfort, especially during extended use or in warmer environments.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance and functionality of your chair.
- Cleaning Mesh Fabric: Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. For stains, gently dab with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Cleaning Metal Parts: Wipe metal components with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Caster Maintenance: Periodically check casters for hair or debris that may impede movement. Clean as necessary.
- Tighten Fasteners: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if loose to maintain stability.
