3. Setup and Assembly

4. Install Grass Catcher (for Bagging): Lift the rear discharge door and hook the grass catcher onto the axle of the rear discharge door. Ensure it is securely in place.
5. Side Discharge Setup: If using side discharge, ensure the grass catcher is removed. Lift the side mulch cover and hang the hooks of the side discharge cover under the mulch cover hinge pin.

3. Adjust Cutting Height: Use the single-point adjustment lever to set the desired cutting height from 1.2" to 3.75".
4. Starting the Engine:
   • Ensure the engine switch is in the 'ON' position.
   • Hold the engine start/stop control lever against the handle.
   • Pull the recoil starter cord firmly and rapidly until the engine starts.
5. Engage Self-Propel: To engage the self-propel function, hold the self-propelled control lever against the handle. Release it to disengage.
6. Stopping the Engine: Release the engine start/stop control lever to stop the engine.
