Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the alarm clock and plug the other end into a wall outlet. The LED display will light up.
- Battery Installation (for backup): The device requires 1 x CR2032 battery for memory backup (time and alarm settings during power outages). Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit, insert the CR2032 battery with the correct polarity, and close the compartment.
- Initial Time Setting: Upon first power-on, the time may need to be set. Refer to the "Operating Instructions" section for detailed steps on setting the time.
Operating Instructions
Setting the Time and Alarm
- Time Setting: Press and hold the "Time Set" button (if available, or refer to the knob's function for time setting). Use the control knob or dedicated buttons to adjust hours and minutes. Press the "Time Set" button again to confirm.
- Alarm Setting: Press the "Alarm Set" button. The alarm time will flash. Use the control knob or buttons to set the desired alarm time. Press "Alarm Set" again to confirm. You may also be able to set alarm volume or snooze duration.
- Alarm On/Off: Press the "Alarm On/Off" button to activate or deactivate the alarm. An indicator icon on the display will show if the alarm is active.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Activate Bluetooth: Press the Bluetooth ON/OFF button on the back of the unit. The display will show "BT" or a Bluetooth icon, and it will start flashing, indicating pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on Your Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Select Device: Look for "Karlsson BT Speaker" or a similar name in the list of available devices and select it to pair.
- Confirmation: Once paired, the Bluetooth icon on the alarm clock's display will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio through the alarm clock's speakers.
Radio Function
The device features an integrated radio. Specific controls for radio tuning (e.g., FM/AM switch, scan, preset buttons) are typically managed via the control knob or dedicated buttons on the unit. Refer to the physical controls for detailed operation.
- Switch to Radio Mode: If applicable, press a "Mode" button to switch to Radio mode.

Wireless Charging

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the alarm clock with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
- Dust Removal: Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust from speakers and ports.
- Battery Replacement: If the time backup battery (CR2032) needs replacement, follow the instructions in the "Setup" section.
