1. Introduction

This appliance is designed to quickly and easily prepare a variety of delicious frozen beverages, including slushies, granitas, milkshakes, cocktails, and more. With its innovative InstantFreeze technology and user-friendly features, you can enjoy perfectly chilled drinks in minutes.

2. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container during operation to prevent injury.
• Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
• Supervise children closely when the appliance is in use.

3. Product Components

• Main Unit: Contains the compressor and control panel.
• Container: Transparent bowl where drinks are prepared.
• Container Lid: Covers the container during operation.
• Mixing Paddle: Rotates to mix and freeze the ingredients.
• Sealing Ring: Ensures a tight seal for the container.
• Handle: Used to dispense the prepared drink.
• Condensation Tray: Collects any condensation from the main unit.
• Drip Tray Cover: Sits on top of the drip tray.
• Drip Tray: Catches any spills during dispensing.

4. Setup and Initial Use

4.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Remove any protective film or stickers.
3. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.

4.2 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food:

• Wash the container, container lid, mixing paddle, sealing ring, drip tray cover, and drip tray with warm, soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts completely.
• Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

4.3 Assembly

1. Place the main unit on a stable, level surface.
2. Insert the condensation tray into its slot at the back of the main unit.
3. Assemble the drip tray by placing the drip tray cover onto the drip tray, then slide it into the front base of the main unit.
4. Place the sealing ring around the base of the mixing paddle.
5. Insert the mixing paddle into the container, ensuring it sits correctly on the central shaft.
6. Place the assembled container onto the main unit, aligning it properly.
7. Secure the container by rotating the handle into the locked position.
8. Place the container lid on top of the container.

5. Operating Instructions

The Seeger SuperSlush machine features an intuitive touch control panel and 7 automatic programs for various frozen drinks.

5.1 Basic Operation

1. Prepare your liquid: Pour your desired beverage (juice, soda, pre-mixed cocktail, etc.) into the container. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX marks. The machine does not require ice cubes.
2. Select Program: Use the intuitive touch display to select one of the 7 pre-set programs or the Custom option. The display shows clear, colored symbols for each function.
3. Start: Press the Start button. The InstantFreeze technology will begin freezing and mixing your drink. Most drinks are ready in approximately 15 minutes.
4. Dispense: Once the program is complete, pull the handle forward to dispense your frozen drink into a glass.

5.2 Automatic Programs

The SuperSlush machine offers 7 pre-set IceBlend modes for optimal results:

• Granita: For sports drinks, smoothies, iced tea, fruit syrups, energy drinks, kombucha.
• Alcoholic Granita: For light beers, hard seltzers, IPAs, margaritas, wine (white, red, rosé), sangria, mai tais, bloody marys, pina colada mixes, daiquiris.
• Milkshake: For sweet milk, chocolate milk, oat milk, mixed milkshakes.
• Frappé: For ready-made frappés, coffee mocha, sweet cold coffee drinks.
• Frozen Juice: For orange juice, apple juice, red berry cider, pineapple juice, tomato juice, fresh juices, carton juices.
• Cold Beverage: For iced tea (sweetened), lemonade, fruit syrup, energy drink, flavored water, sweetened coffee.
• Custom: Allows you to set your preferred consistency and duration.

5.3 Keep Cool Function

After preparation, the intelligent insulation function keeps your drinks fresh and cold for up to 4 hours. This is ideal for extended enjoyment without the need for re-cooling.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your SuperSlush machine.

6.1 AutoClean Function

The machine features an AutoClean function for easy self-cleaning:

• After use, ensure the container is empty.
• Add clean water to the container up to the MIN mark.
• Press the AutoClean button on the touch panel. The machine will automatically clean itself.
• Once the cycle is complete, empty the water and rinse the container.

6.2 Manual Cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Disassemble the container, lid, mixing paddle, sealing ring, and drip tray components.
• Wash these removable parts with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush if necessary to remove any residue.
• Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water.
• Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
• Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
