5. Advanced Features
5.1 Flexible Bounce Head and Built-in Diffuser
The flash head can tilt from -7° to 120° and swivel 330° (0-360° with a small gap) for bouncing light off surfaces, creating soft and even illumination. A built-in reflector and wide-angle diffuser are available to further shape the light without additional accessories.

- Store the flash unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If storing for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
- Use the provided carrying bag for protection during transport and storage.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Flash does not fire. | Low battery; incorrect camera settings; flash not securely mounted; flash in sleep mode. | Charge battery; check camera flash settings (e.g., external flash enabled); re-mount flash; press test button to wake from sleep. |
| Flash output is too weak/strong. | Incorrect flash mode or power setting; subject too far/close. | Adjust flash exposure compensation (FEC) in TTL mode; adjust manual power output; ensure subject is within effective flash range. |
| Wireless trigger not working. | Incorrect channel/group settings; distance too far; interference. | Verify channel and group settings match between transmitter and receiver; reduce distance; try a different channel. |
| Flash recycle time is slow. | Low battery; high power output. | Recharge or replace battery; use lower power settings if possible. |
