Setup

  1. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the inflator using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the USB-C input port on the device and a compatible USB power source. The digital display will indicate charging status.
  2. Attach Air Tube: The air tube is built into the device for convenient storage. Gently pull the air tube out from its storage slot. Screw the air tube firmly into the inflation port on the top of the device.
  3. Select Appropriate Valve: Identify the valve type on the item you wish to inflate (e.g., Presta, Schrader, ball valve). Use the appropriate adapter if necessary. The package includes adapters for Presta and Schrader valves, and a ball needle.
  4. Optional Bike Mount Installation: If you plan to carry the inflator on your bicycle, use the provided bike mount, screws, and screwdriver to securely attach it to your bike frame. The non-slip mat can be used between the mount and the frame for added stability.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button (⑂) for 2-3 seconds to turn on the device. The digital display will illuminate.
  2. Select Unit: Short press the 'U' button to cycle through pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm².
  3. Set Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired target pressure. The digital display will show the set value.
  4. Connect to Valve: Firmly attach the air tube (with the correct adapter if needed) to the tire valve. The display will show the current tire pressure.
  5. Start Inflation: Short press the power button (⑂) to begin inflation. The pump will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
  6. Power Off: Press and hold the power button (⑂) again to turn off the device, or it will automatically power off after a period of inactivity.

Additional Functions:

  • Power Bank: The inflator can be used as a power bank. Connect your device to the USB-A output port to charge it.
  • LED Light: Press and hold the 'U' button to turn on the LED flashlight. This is useful for inflating in dark environments or as an emergency light. Press and hold again to turn it off.

Maintenance

  • Charging: Recharge the device regularly, especially after prolonged use or before storing it for an extended period, to maintain battery health.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the inflator with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the inflator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the air tube is properly stored within its designated slot to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Device does not turn on. Low battery or power button not pressed correctly. Charge the device fully. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
Inflator does not inflate. Air tube not securely attached, wrong adapter, or valve not properly connected. Ensure air tube is tightly screwed. Verify correct adapter is used and securely connected to the valve.
Inaccurate pressure reading. Loose connection or sensor issue. Ensure a tight connection to the valve. If problem persists, contact customer support.
Device overheats during use. Normal operation during prolonged inflation. Allow the device to cool down before continuing use. This is normal for air compressors.
