Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Inspect the alloy steel frame regularly for any signs of damage or rust. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame.
- Storage: Always collapse the canopy and store it in its 800D wheeled carry bag when not in use. Ensure the canopy is completely dry before storage to prevent mold and mildew. Store in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
- Canopy instability: Ensure all 4 sandbags are filled and properly placed, and all 8 stakes and guy lines are securely fastened. Check that all frame locks are engaged.
- Water pooling on top: The 60° angled roof is designed to shed water. Ensure the canopy top is taut and properly attached to the frame. Adjust leg heights if necessary to maintain tension.
- Difficulty expanding/collapsing: Ensure no parts are obstructed or bent. Apply gentle, even pressure. If the frame is stiff, check for debris in the joints.
