Safety Information
- Always close the umbrella during strong winds, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions to prevent damage to the umbrella and potential injury.
- Ensure the umbrella is securely placed in a heavy-duty umbrella base (sold separately) appropriate for its size and weight. A minimum base weight of 50 lbs is recommended for 9FT umbrellas.
- Do not attempt to use the umbrella as a shelter during lightning storms.
- Keep children and pets away from the umbrella during opening and closing operations.
- Avoid placing the umbrella near open flames or heat sources.
- Regularly inspect all parts for wear, damage, or loose connections. Do not use if any part is damaged.

Setup Instructions
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, flat surface to ensure no parts are missing or damaged.
- Assemble the Pole: Insert the upper pole section into the lower pole section. Ensure the spring button on the upper pole snaps securely into the corresponding hole on the lower pole.
- Insert into Base: Place the assembled umbrella pole into a suitable umbrella base. Tighten the securing knob on the base to hold the pole firmly in place.
- Initial Solar Charging: Before first use, ensure the solar panel on top of the umbrella canopy is exposed to direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours to fully charge the internal battery for the LED lights.

Operating Instructions
- Opening the Umbrella: Turn the crank handle clockwise until the canopy is fully open. Do not force the crank past its stopping point.
- Closing the Umbrella: Turn the crank handle counter-clockwise until the canopy is fully closed. Secure any ties if available to keep the canopy compact.
- Tilting the Umbrella: Locate the push-button tilt mechanism on the pole. Press the button and gently tilt the canopy to the desired angle (up to 45 degrees left or right). Release the button to lock the tilt in place.
- Operating LED Lights: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the umbrella pole. Flip the switch to 'ON' to activate the LED lights. The lights will automatically turn on at dusk if the battery is charged and the switch is 'ON'. Flip to 'OFF' to conserve battery power.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the umbrella canopy with mild soap and water. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and stains. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before closing or storing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
