Setup

1. Charging the Inflator

Before first use, or when the battery is low, fully charge the inflator. The device is equipped with a 5200mAh high-voltage battery.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the inflator.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
  3. The display will indicate charging status. Charge until the battery indicator shows full.

2. Attaching the Air Hose

The inflator comes with a long air hose and a short air hose (built-in). For most uses, the long air hose is recommended.

  1. Pull out the air hose from the bottom of the inflator (if using the built-in short hose) or connect the long air hose to the designated port on the inflator.
  2. Ensure the hose is securely tightened to prevent air leaks during inflation.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the power button (Ⓘ) for 2 seconds. The digital display will light up.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again for 2 seconds. The device will also automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.

2. Select Mode and Unit

  • After powering on, press the mode button (⚙) to cycle through the preset inflation modes: Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, and Ball.
  • Press the unit button (often integrated with mode or a separate button) to switch between pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, and kg/cm².

3. Set Target Pressure

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure value. The preset value will flash as you adjust it.
  • Once the desired pressure is set, stop pressing the buttons. The value will stop flashing, indicating it's saved.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the inflator with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid.

Storage

  • Store the inflator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Use the provided storage bag to protect the device and its accessories from dust and damage.
  • For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 50-70% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

Battery Care

  • Avoid completely draining the battery frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.
  • Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) or below -10°C (14°F).
  • If the battery shows signs of swelling, leakage, or damage, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly according to local regulations.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause & Solution
Device does not turn on.
  • Low battery: Charge the device fully using the provided Type-C cable.
  • Power button not held long enough: Press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds.
Inflator is not inflating or inflating slowly.
  • Air hose not securely connected: Ensure the air hose is tightly screwed onto both the inflator and the valve stem.
  • Incorrect adapter: Verify you are using the correct nozzle adapter for the item being inflated.
  • Low battery: Recharge the inflator.
  • Hose kinked or blocked: Check the air hose for any kinks or obstructions.
Inaccurate pressure reading.
  • Loose connection: Ensure the air hose is firmly attached to the valve stem.
  • Device not calibrated: While the device is factory calibrated, if you suspect a significant discrepancy, compare with a known accurate gauge.
Device gets hot during use.
  • Prolonged operation: The motor generates heat during extended use. This is normal. Allow the device to cool down for 10-15 minutes after continuous operation.
  • Blocked vents: Ensure the ventilation openings are not obstructed.
Automatic shut-off not working for low-pressure items.
  • Design limitation: For very low-pressure items (e.g., swim rings, balloons), the auto-shutoff may not activate due to the low pressure threshold. Inflate these items manually with caution to avoid over-inflation.
