Setup
- Unpack all components from the packaging.
- Open the battery compartment located on the underside of the scale.
- Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment.
- Place the scale on a firm, flat, and stable surface.
- Ensure there are no objects on the weighing pan before turning on the scale.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on. The display will show "88888" and then "0.000g".
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn the scale off.
Unit Conversion
- With the scale on, press the MODE button to cycle through the available weighing units: grams (g), ounces (oz), troy ounces (ozt), pennyweights (dwt), carats (ct), and grains (gn).

Tare Function
The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so you only measure the net weight of the contents.
- Place an empty container on the weighing pan.
- Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.000g".
- Add the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show the net weight of the items.

Calibration
Regular calibration ensures the accuracy of your scale. Use the provided 50g calibration weight.
- Turn the scale on. Ensure the display shows "0.000g".
- Press and hold the MODE key until the display shows "CAL".
- Release the MODE key. The display will then flash "50.00g".
- Place the 50g calibration weight precisely on the center of the weighing pan.
- The display will show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing mode, indicating successful calibration.
- Remove the calibration weight.
