3. Setup

3.1 Connecting to PlayStation 5 Console

For initial setup and to ensure proper pairing, connect the controller to your PS5 console using the provided USB-C cable. After the initial wired connection and pairing, you can use the controller wirelessly.

  1. Plug the USB-A end of the cable into an available USB port on your PS5 console.
  2. Plug the USB-C end of the cable into the port on the top of your NBCP controller.
  3. The controller will automatically power on and attempt to pair. Once paired, the orange light on the controller will illuminate.
  4. Hold the HOME button on the controller to enter the PS5 interface.
  5. You can then remove the USB cable to use the controller wirelessly.

To wake the PS5 console from rest mode using the controller, simply press the PS button on the controller. If the console is fully off, press the PS button on the controller twice to power it on and connect.

3.2 Connecting to PC and Android Devices

The controller supports both wired and Bluetooth 5.0 connections for PC and Android devices. No additional drivers are typically needed for basic functionality.

  • Wired Connection: Connect the controller to your PC or Android device using the USB-C cable. The device should automatically recognize the controller.
  • Bluetooth Connection: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your PC or Android device. Put the controller into pairing mode (refer to your device's instructions for specific pairing steps if needed, typically involves holding a combination of buttons). Select the controller from your device's Bluetooth settings to pair.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Hall Effect Joysticks

4.2 Customizable Back Paddles & Macro Programming
