5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Case Overview

The Montech HS01 PRO features an 8-degree curved tempered glass front panel for an unobstructed view of your components. The case is designed with a sink-in bottom fan and motherboard layout to maintain a clean aesthetic.

5.2 Reversible Layout

The HS01 PRO offers a top-down reversible layout, allowing the entire setup to be positioned with the tempered glass panel on either the left or right side. This provides flexibility for showcasing your build according to your preference.

5.3 Motherboard Installation

The case supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards. It is also compatible with back-connect motherboards like MSI Project Zero and ASUS BTF for cleaner cable management.

5.4 GPU Installation

The spacious interior accommodates GPUs up to 420mm in length, including the latest RTX 50 series. Rotatable PCIe slots allow for easy vertical GPU positioning without additional mounts.

5.5 Storage Installation

5.6 Cooling System

The HS01 PRO features a vertical ventilation design, creating a chimney effect with bottom air intake and top exhaust for efficient heat dissipation. It comes with 5 pre-installed ARGB PWM fans (2 rear, 3 bottom) for optimal airflow.

5.7 Top-Down Strength

5.8 I/O Ports and ARGB Control

The front I/O panel provides convenient access to USB 3.0, Type-C, audio, and microphone ports. A dedicated LED button allows customization of the ARGB lighting with 29 modes, fully syncable with motherboard lighting control.

6. Operation

6.1 Powering On

Press the power button located on the front I/O panel to turn on your PC. Ensure all internal components are correctly connected and the power supply is switched on.

6.2 ARGB Lighting Control

Use the dedicated LED button on the front I/O panel to cycle through the 29 pre-set ARGB lighting modes for the pre-installed fans. For advanced customization and synchronization with other components, connect the ARGB hub to your motherboard's compatible ARGB header and use the motherboard's software.

7. Maintenance

  • Dust Cleaning: Regularly clean dust filters and interior components using compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Panel Care: Clean tempered glass panels with a microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials.
  • Fan Maintenance: Periodically check fan blades for dust buildup and clean as necessary to maintain optimal airflow and cooling performance.

8. Troubleshooting
