Product Overview

The Naseto 4G LTE Cellular Security Camera is a wireless outdoor surveillance solution designed for locations without Wi-Fi access. It features a built-in SIM card for 4G LTE connectivity, solar power for continuous operation, 2K color night vision, and a 300° pan capability for comprehensive coverage. Advanced AI motion detection provides instant alerts, and the camera supports both local SD card storage and lifetime 7-day cloud storage.

Setup and Installation

SIM Card Activation and Data Plan

This camera operates exclusively on 4G LTE cellular networks and requires a data plan. A pre-installed SIM card is included and will auto-activate a free 7-day unlimited data trial upon initial setup. After the trial, a subscription is required to maintain online functionality. Compatible networks include AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. The camera automatically switches to the best available signal.

Mounting Options

The Naseto camera offers flexible installation with both magnetic and screw mount options, ensuring 100% wire-free setup. The magnetic mount allows for quick, drill-free attachment to metal surfaces, ideal for RVs, barns, or temporary setups. For permanent installations, use the included screw mount.

Solar Power Connection

Connect the included 5W solar panel to the camera for continuous power supply. This eliminates the need for frequent recharging, even on cloudy days, making it ideal for remote locations without electrical outlets.

Operating Your Camera

Remote Control and Pan Angle

Utilize the dedicated mobile application to remotely control the camera's 300° horizontal pan angle. This feature allows you to monitor a wide area without blind spots, providing comprehensive surveillance from your smartphone or tablet.

Smart AI Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera features advanced AI that accurately detects human motion, minimizing false alarms. Receive real-time phone alerts when activity is detected, keeping you informed of events at your property, even when you are away.

2K Color Night Vision

Capture clear and detailed footage in 2K resolution, day or night. The camera's full-color night vision ensures visibility even in low-light conditions, providing enhanced security around the clock.

Two-Way Audio and Siren

Communicate with visitors or deter intruders using the built-in two-way audio feature. The integrated siren can be activated remotely to scare off unwanted guests, adding an extra layer of security.

Storage Options: Cloud and SD Card

The camera offers dual storage options. You can store footage locally on an SD card (up to 256GB, not included) or utilize the lifetime 7-day 6-second rolling cloud storage, which is completely free. This ensures your recordings are always accessible.

Maintenance

Battery Charging

The camera's 9000mAh battery is continuously charged by the 5W solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive adequate sunlight for optimal charging performance. In periods of prolonged low sunlight, the camera may require manual charging via the included charging cable.

Weather Resistance

With an IP65 weatherproof rating, the Naseto camera is designed to withstand various outdoor conditions, including wind, dust, rain, and snow. This ensures reliable operation in diverse environments.

Troubleshooting

• Camera Offline: Ensure your data plan subscription is active. The built-in SIM card requires a continuous data plan after the initial 7-day trial. Verify cellular signal strength in the camera's location.
• No Wi-Fi Support: This camera is designed for 4G LTE cellular use only and does not support Wi-Fi connectivity. Do not attempt to connect it to a Wi-Fi network.
• Short Battery Life: Ensure the solar panel is clean and receives direct sunlight for several hours daily. Obstructions or prolonged cloudy weather can reduce charging efficiency. Reduce the frequency of live view access and motion detection sensitivity if battery drain is excessive.
• False Motion Alerts: Adjust the AI motion detection sensitivity settings within the app. Ensure the "Human Detection" feature is enabled to filter out non-human movements.
• No Cloud Recording: Confirm your 7-day free cloud storage is active. Ensure the camera has a stable 4G LTE connection.
• SD Card Not Recording: Ensure an SD card (8GB-256GB) is properly inserted and formatted within the camera's settings via the app.
