4. Installation
4.1. Measuring Your Window
Accurate measurements are crucial for proper fit and function. Refer to the diagram below for guidance:

Image: Detailed instructions for measuring window dimensions for both inside and outside mount installations.
- Inside Mount: Measure the exact width of the window frame at three points (top, middle, bottom) and use the smallest measurement. Subtract 1/4 inch from this width for your order width. The order height should be 72 inches, as the height is adjustable from 0-72 inches. Ensure window frame depth is >1.5 inches (or >2.5 inches if drilling).
- Outside Mount: Measure the largest window width and add at least 4 inches for your order width. The order height should be 72 inches, as the height is adjustable from 0-72 inches.
4.2. No-Drill Installation (Inside Mount)
The Hapadif Motorized Blinds feature a simple no-drill installation mechanism suitable for inside mount. This method uses adhesive extension blocks for secure fitting.
- First, install the trim panel bracket onto the shade. Ensure to remove the plastic sheet on the upper side of the shades.
- Put the no-drill device side into the left of the window frame.
- Attach an extension block to the groove of the upper rail on the right side. (It is forbidden to put more than one block).
- Push the shade into the window frame.
- Tighten the no-drill device until you hear a click and it stops.
- Place small sponge blocks as needed to increase friction and stability.
- Mount the cover onto the shades.
