  • Maintain an ambient operating temperature between 0°C and 40°C (32°F and 104°F).
  • Ensure relative humidity is within acceptable limits (typically 5% to 95% non-condensing).

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Device does not power on.Power cable loose; power switch off; no power from outlet.Check power cable connections; ensure power switch is 'ON'; test outlet with another device.
No network connection.Ethernet cable loose/faulty; router issue; incorrect network settings.Verify Ethernet cable connection; try a different cable; restart router; check miner's network configuration via web interface.
Overheating.Blocked vents; insufficient airflow; high ambient temperature.Ensure vents are clear; move device to a cooler, well-ventilated area; clean dust from fans.
Miner not detected by mining pool.Incorrect pool settings; network firewall; miner not fully initialized.Double-check mining pool URL, username, and password in the web interface; ensure network firewall allows outbound connections; allow sufficient time for miner to connect after power-on.
