Setup

Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Nothing Headphone (1). Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the headphone's USB-C port and a compatible power source. A full charge provides up to 80 hours of playtime with ANC off, or 35 hours with ANC on. A quick 5-minute charge can provide up to 5 hours of listening.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure your headphones are charged.
2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Nothing Headphone (1)" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid.

The headphones support Dual Connection, allowing you to seamlessly switch between two paired Bluetooth devices.

Nothing X App

For full customization and advanced features, download the Nothing X app from your device's app store. The app allows you to fine-tune audio with an 8-band EQ, enhance bass, customize ANC settings, and personalize headphone controls.

Operating Your Headphones

Controls

The Nothing Headphone (1) features intuitive physical controls for easy operation:

• Roller: Adjust volume with a twist. Click to play/pause media. Hold to switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode.
• Paddle Tab: Short clicks skip tracks. Hold to fast-forward or scrub through podcasts.
• Button: One-tap access to Spotify, podcasts, or other favorites. Fully customizable via the Nothing X app.

Noise Control
