4. Setup
4.1 Mounting Options
The Carpeer 10.26" screen offers two primary mounting methods: a suction cup bracket for windshield mounting and a self-adhesive desktop bracket for dashboard mounting. Choose the option that best suits your vehicle and ensures an unobstructed view.

4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided car charger cable to the Type-C port on the side of the Carplay screen and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The device is designed for 12V-24V vehicles.
4.3 Rear Camera Installation
The 1080P waterproof rear camera provides a 120° viewing angle and automatically activates when shifting into reverse. Follow these steps for installation:
- Identify Reverse Light Wiring: Locate your vehicle's reverse light. You may need to unscrew and carefully remove the tail light assembly to access the wiring. Identify the positive (usually red) and negative (usually black) wires for the reverse light. Confirm 12V voltage using a multimeter.
- Connect Camera Power: Take the power cord of the camera. Insert the power cord plug into the red plug of the camera.
- Connect to Reverse Light: Twist the red wire from the camera's power cord together with the red wire of the vehicle's reverse light. Twist the black wire from the camera's power cord together with the black wire of the vehicle's reverse light. Secure these connections with insulating tape.
- Route Extension Cable: Run the extension cord from the rear camera, routing it discreetly through your vehicle's interior to the front center console where the Carplay screen is mounted.
- Connect to Carplay Screen: Insert the RCA head of the extension cable into the CAM IN jack on the Carplay screen.
