4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Attaching the Auxiliary Grip

The 360° adjustable auxiliary grip provides better control and reduces fatigue. Loosen the grip clamp, slide the grip onto the front of the tool, and rotate it to the desired position. Tighten the clamp securely before operation.

4.2 Inserting SDS-MAX Bits

The SDS-MAX quick-release chuck allows for tool-free bit changes.

1. Clean the shank of the SDS-MAX drill bit or chisel.
2. Pull back the chuck collar and insert the bit into the chuck.
3. Rotate the bit slightly until it engages with the locking mechanism.
4. Release the chuck collar. The bit should be held firmly but have a slight axial play, which is normal for SDS-MAX systems.
5. To remove, pull back the chuck collar and pull the bit out.

The ENEACRO SDS-MAX Hammer Drill features three operating modes for various applications.

5.1 Mode Selection

Use the mode selector switch located on the side of the tool to choose the desired function:

• Hammer Drilling Mode: For drilling into concrete, stone, and other hard materials. This mode combines rotation and hammering action.
• Chisel-Only Mode (Demolition): For demolition work such as breaking concrete or removing tiles. This mode provides hammering action without rotation.
• Adjustable Chiseling Function: Allows you to adjust the angle of the chisel for optimal working position. To use, select this mode, rotate the chisel to the desired angle, then switch back to Chisel-Only mode to lock the position.

• Ensure the bit is securely inserted and the mode is correctly selected.
• Hold the tool firmly with both hands using the main handle and the auxiliary grip.
