Product Overview

The KanDao Meeting Ultra Standard is a 360° 4K All-in-One Video Conference Camera designed to provide an immersive and efficient meeting experience. It features AI tracking, an 8-microphone array for clear audio, and a built-in system compatible with major video conferencing platforms.

Setup Guide

1. Unboxing and Package Contents

Carefully unpack all components from the box. Verify that all items are present:

• Video Conference Camera Body
• Remote Control
• Lens Cover
• Power Adapter
• USB-C to USB-C Cable
• USB-C to USB-A Cable
• Storage Bag
• Other accessories as specified in the packing list.

2. Physical Connections

Place the KanDao Meeting Ultra Standard in the center of your meeting table for optimal 360-degree coverage.

1. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a power outlet. The device will power on automatically.
2. Network Connection: For optimal performance and updates, connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the device.
3. Display Connection (Standalone Mode): Connect an HDMI cable from one of the HDMI OUT ports on the device to your display screen (monitor, projector, or TV). The device features two HDMI OUT ports for multi-screen display.
4. Computer Connection (USB Mode): To use the device as a webcam and speakerphone with your computer, connect the provided USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB-A cable from the device to your computer.
5. External Input (Optional): If you wish to share content from another computer or device directly through the Meeting Ultra Standard, connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI IN port.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On and Initial Boot

Once connected to power, the device will automatically boot up. Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including network configuration (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and language selection.

• Built-in Android OS (Standalone Mode): The device operates independently, allowing direct installation and use of video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) without requiring an external computer.
• USB Mode (Plug & Play): Connect the device to your computer via USB. The Meeting Ultra Standard will function as an external webcam, microphone, and speaker, compatible with any video conferencing application on your computer.

• Ignore Zone: Configure specific areas to be ignored by AI tracking for privacy or to exclude irrelevant sections of the room.

4. Audio Features

Experience crystal-clear audio with the following features:

• 8-Mic Array: Eight omnidirectional microphones pick up sound within an 18 ft (5.5 m) radius, ensuring clear audio for all participants.
