Setup
Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

Operating Instructions
Before First Use
It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) before cooking food for the first time. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and eliminate initial odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place ingredients into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overfill. For best results, food should be in a single layer or shaken periodically.
- Insert Basket: Slide the air fryer basket firmly into the main unit.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel will illuminate.
- Select Cooking Mode:
- Pre-set Modes: The air fryer features 13 pre-set cooking modes (Meat, Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Fries, Pizza, Bacon, Vegetables, Toast, Bread, Thaw, Dehydrate, Keep Warm). Touch the corresponding icon on the control panel to select. The default time and temperature for that mode will display.
- Manual Mode: To set time and temperature manually, use the "TEMP/TIME" buttons. Adjust temperature (115°F - 400°F) and time using the '+' and '-' icons.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Shake Reminder: For some foods, the air fryer may beep and display a "SHAKE" reminder. Carefully remove the basket, shake its contents, and reinsert it to resume cooking.
- Auto Pause and Resume: The air fryer will automatically pause when the basket is removed and resume cooking once the basket is reinserted.
- Completion: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food to a serving dish.
