The ENGWE L20 Boost is designed for adults, featuring a powerful 250W brushless motor, a removable 48V 13Ah battery, and 20'' x 4.0'' fat tires, offering a maximum range of up to 126 km in boost mode and a top speed of 25 km/h.

Setup and Assembly

Your ENGWE L20 e-bike arrives 85% assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bicycle and all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem. Ensure it is centered and tightened securely.
  3. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
  4. Front Wheel (if detached): If the front wheel is detached, install it, ensuring the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are properly secured.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for comfortable riding. Secure the quick-release lever or bolt.
  6. Battery Installation: Insert the fully charged battery into its compartment on the frame and lock it using the provided key.
  7. Pre-Ride Checks: Before your first ride, check tire pressure, brake function, and ensure all bolts and quick releases are tightened.

Operating Instructions

Battery Charging

To charge the battery, remove it from the bike or charge it directly on the bike. Connect the charger to the battery charging port and then plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when charging is complete. A full charge takes approximately 4-6 hours.

Powering On/Off

Insert the key into the battery lock and turn it to the "ON" position. Press and hold the power button on the display panel to turn the e-bike on. Repeat to turn off.

Troubleshooting
