Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED digital display on the case will show the charging progress. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours. The earbuds charge automatically when placed inside the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "A10 Pro" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

3. Ergonomic Fit
The A10 Pro earbuds come with three sizes of medical-grade gel eartips (S/M/L) to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Choose the size that best seals your ear canal for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Gently insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them slightly until they feel snug and stable.

2. LED Digital Display
The charging case features a dual LED digital display that shows the real-time power levels for both the charging case (0-100%) and each individual earbud. This allows you to monitor battery status at a glance, ensuring you are always aware of remaining power.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe down the surfaces. For the eartips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the earbuds or case in water.
2. Water Resistance
The A10 Pro earbuds are designed with IPX7 water resistance, featuring a waterproof mesh and nano-coating. This protects them from sweat and light rain, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion in water. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
- Earbuds not pairing: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are within range. Forget the "A10 Pro" device from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid for a few seconds, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to specific reset instructions if available in a separate quick start guide).
- Poor sound quality: Ensure the eartips provide a good seal in your ear canal. Try different sized eartips. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles.
