1. Setup
1.1 What's in the Box
Verify that all components are present in the package:
- EASYTONE R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box (x1)
- Bluetooth Voice Remote Control (x1)
- US Power Adapter (x1)

- Mini Wireless Keyboard (x1)
- User Manual (x1)

1.2 Physical Connections
Follow these steps to connect your TV Box:
- Connect the HD Cable from the TV Box's HD port to an available HDMI port on your television.
- Connect the US Power Adapter to the DC/5V port on the TV Box, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- For wired internet, connect an Ethernet cable (not included) from your router to the LAN port on the TV Box. For wireless internet, proceed to the Wi-Fi Connection section.

1.3 Initial Power On
After connecting the power, the TV Box will automatically power on. The Android TV logo will appear on your screen. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup, including language selection and network configuration.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Remote Control Usage
The included Bluetooth Voice Remote Control allows for easy navigation and voice commands. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote.

2.2 Bluetooth Pairing
To pair the Bluetooth Voice Remote Control or other Bluetooth devices:
- Ensure the TV Box is powered on and connected to your TV.
- Go to the main interface and press the voice button on the remote to wake up the Bluetooth connection.
- When the pairing page appears on the screen, press and hold the 'LEFT' and 'RIGHT' buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- Release the buttons once the remote control's indicator light starts flashing, then wait for automatic pairing.

2.3 Wi-Fi Connection
To connect to a wireless network:
- From the main screen, navigate to Settings > Network & Internet.
- Select Wi-Fi to turn on the Wi-Fi function.
- Choose your desired network from the list of available networks.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password and select Connect to network.

2.4 Voice Control
Use the voice control feature for quick searches and commands:
- Press the dedicated Voice button on your remote control.
- Speak your command or search query clearly into the remote.

2.5 App Management
Access and manage your applications:
- From the main screen, navigate to the Apps section to view installed applications.
- To install new apps, go to the Google Play Store.

2.6 Screen Casting
The TV Box supports screen casting from compatible devices (Miracast, Airplay) for multi-screen interaction.

2.7 Media Playback
The R69 Plus supports 4K@60fps and 8K video decoding, HDR10+, and 3D visual experiences.
- Connect external USB devices, TF cards (up to 128GB), or hard disks (up to 1TB) to expand storage and play media directly.

4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Remote Control Issues
- Remote not working or no response: Manually establish a Bluetooth connection as described in section 2.2.
- TV box not responding to TV remote (power/volume): Find CEC in Settings > Device Preferences > Inputs > HDMI control and turn it on/off according to your remote control needs.
4.2 Hard Disk Not Detected
If an external hard disk is not detected after plugging it in, the current from the adapter may be insufficient. It is recommended to choose a hard disk with an independent power supply.
