This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your OnePlus 13s smartphone. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device.

Setup
1. Inserting the SIM Card
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray.
- Gently push until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. The OnePlus 13s supports Dual SIM.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the device.
2. Initial Power On and Setup
- Press and hold the Power button until the OnePlus logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
- You will be guided through setting up security features such as fingerprint recognition.
3. Charging the Device
Use the provided USB Type-C cable and Power Adapter to charge your OnePlus 13s. The device supports 80W SUPERVOOC Fast Charge. A full charge takes approximately 63 minutes.
Operating Instructions
Basic Navigation
- Touchscreen Interface: Navigate the device using touch gestures.
- Power Button: Press to wake/sleep the screen. Press and hold to power off or restart.
- Volume Buttons: Adjust media volume, call volume, and notification volume.

The OnePlus 13s runs on Android 15 with OxygenOS 15, featuring integrated AI capabilities.

Camera Usage
The device is equipped with a 32MP front camera and dual 50MP rear cameras (Wide and Telephoto with 2X Optical Zoom).
- Open the Camera application.
- Select desired mode (Photo, Video, Portrait, etc.).
- Tap the shutter button to capture images or start/stop video recording.
- Utilize features like Clear Burst for fast-moving subjects and AI Unblur/AI Detail Boost for image enhancement.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install OxygenOS updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and do not leave the device fully charged or fully discharged for extended periods.
- Water Resistance: The device is water resistant. Avoid intentional submersion or exposure to high-pressure water.
Troubleshooting
Device Not Powering On
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to the charger for at least 15 minutes.
- Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
Screen Unresponsive
- Force restart the device (see above).
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Connectivity Issues (Wi-Fi/5G)
- Toggle Wi-Fi or Cellular Data off and on.
- Restart your router (for Wi-Fi).
- Ensure your SIM card is correctly inserted and active.
