4. Setup

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the voice recorder to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer using the provided USB Type-C cable. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. One-Click Recording and Saving

  1. To start recording, slide the REC/SAVE switch UP. The recording indicator will illuminate, and the screen will show recording in progress.
  2. To save the current recording, slide the REC/SAVE switch DOWN. The recording will be saved, and the device will stop recording.

5.2. Voice Activated Recording (VAR)

The Voice Activated Recording feature allows the recorder to automatically start recording when sound is detected and pause when there is silence, conserving memory and battery life.

To play back recordings, delete files, or access the menu settings, connect the provided wired headphones to the 3.5mm headphone jack.

6. Connecting to Devices

6.1. Connecting to PC/Mac

To transfer files to your computer, connect the voice recorder using the USB Type-C cable. The device will appear as a removable disk. You can then drag and drop recording files (typically WAV or MP3 format) to your computer.

6.2. Connecting to Android Phone (OTG Function)

The recorder supports OTG function for direct connection to Android phones (iPhones are not compatible).

  1. Go to your phone's Settings > Search for 'OTG' > Open OTG function.
  2. Ensure the voice recorder is on. Use the provided Dual Type-C Short Cable to connect the recorder to your Android phone.
  3. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the connection to complete automatically. The phone should recognize the recorder as external storage.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the recorder in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
