1.3 Powering On and Charging
The monitor is equipped with a built-in 8000mAh battery, providing approximately 4 to 5 hours of usage on a full charge.
- To power on, press and hold the Power/OSD Menu Button.
- To charge the monitor, connect the provided Power Adapter to one of the USB-C ports.
- For wired connections that also provide power, use a USB-C to USB-C cable with a compatible device.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Wireless Connection (AirPlay & Miracast)
The HotYeah Portable Monitor supports AirPlay and Miracast for true wireless screen casting.
- For iPhone/iPad: Swipe down from the top-right corner (or up from the bottom edge) to open Control Center. Tap 'Screen Mirroring' and select 'HotYeah' from the device list. If prompted, enter the password '1234'.
- For Mac/MacBook: Click the 'Screen Mirroring' icon (Control Center icon) in the menu bar. Tap 'Screen Mirroring' and select 'HotYeah' from the device list. If prompted, enter the password '1234'.
- For Android Devices: Go to Settings -> Display -> Screen Mirroring (or similar, e.g., Smart View, Wireless Display, Wireless Projection) and select 'HotYeah' from the device list.
- For Windows Laptops/PCs: Press Win+K, select 'HotYeah' from the device list.
Note: For phones and tablets, only mirror mode is supported. For laptops and PCs, extend mode requires manual setting in your device's Display Settings. Google Cast, Bluetooth, and Touchscreen are not supported. Not compatible with Google Pixel. Streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video may not work due to copyright protection.

2.2 Wired Connection
For a stable wired connection or when the battery is depleted, use the provided cables.
- USB-C Connection: Connect your device to the monitor using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Ensure your device's Type-C port supports Thunderbolt 3.0/4.0 or USB 3.1 Type-C DP ALT-MODE for video output.
- HDMI Connection: Connect your device to the monitor using the Mini-HDMI to HDMI cable. A separate power adapter is required for the monitor when using HDMI.
Note: Game devices only support HDMI cable + Power Adapter connection. No wireless connection for gaming.

2.3 Gravity Auto-rotation
The monitor features a gravity sensor for automatic screen rotation.
- For Phones/Tablets: Rotate the monitor to automatically switch between landscape and portrait orientations.
- For Laptops/PCs: Portrait mode must be manually selected in your laptop's Display Settings. MacBooks do not support portrait mode over wireless connections.

2.4 Display Settings (OSD Menu)
Access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu using the control buttons to adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, ECO mode, HDR, and sharpness.
