6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your IOWODO D24 Smart Watch, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Watch is offline in the app: Ensure the SIM card is correctly installed, has an active data plan, and the watch has network signal. Check if the watch is powered on. Restart the watch and the SeTracker2 app.
  • SIM card not recognized: Verify the SIM card is a Nano-SIM and inserted correctly. Ensure the SIM card is activated by your mobile carrier. Try restarting the watch.
  • GPS inaccuracy: GPS accuracy can be affected by environmental factors (e.g., indoors, dense urban areas). Ensure the watch has a clear view of the sky for optimal GPS performance. LBS and Wi-Fi positioning provide supplementary location data.
  • Cannot make/receive calls: Confirm that the SIM card has calling credit and an active plan. Ensure the contact numbers are saved in the watch's address book via the SeTracker2 app. Check if School Mode is active.
  • Battery drains quickly: High usage of features like video calls, GPS tracking, and games will consume more battery. Reduce screen brightness, limit background app usage, and ensure the watch is fully charged.
