Assembly Steps:
- Unfolding the Frame: Carefully unfold the main frame of the bicycle until it locks into place. Secure the folding mechanism latch.
- Handlebar Installation: Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and tighten the quick-release lever or bolts securely. Adjust the handlebar height to your comfort.
- Pedal Attachment: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the 'L' pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the 'R' pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
- Seat Post Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the height to ensure your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped. Secure with the quick-release lever.
- Tire Inflation: Inflate the 20''x4.0" fat tires to the recommended pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.
- Brake Check: Ensure both front and rear disc brakes are functioning correctly and the levers provide firm resistance.
