2. Important Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and personal injury, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

4. Setup

- Filling the Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Reinsert the tank securely.
- Filling the Milk Tank: Remove the milk tank. Fill with cold milk up to the MAX line. Reattach the milk tank to the machine.
- Power On: Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button on the touch control panel. The machine will begin preheating.
- Priming the Machine (First Use): For the first use, fill both the water and milk tanks with water. Turn the milk froth control knob to the 'CLEAN' position. Select the Latte or Cappuccino function. The machine will automatically perform a self-cleaning program, flushing water through the system. This primes the pump and cleans internal components.



5. Operating Instructions
Preparing Espresso
- Select Filter Basket: Choose the single (7g) or double (14g) shot filter basket and place it into the portafilter.
- Add Ground Coffee: Use the provided scoop to add ground coffee to the filter basket. Do not exceed the MAX line.
- Tamp Coffee: Tamp the coffee firmly and evenly using the tamper end of the scoop.
- Attach Portafilter: Insert the portafilter into the brewing head and twist it to the right until it is securely locked in place.
- Place Cup: Place your desired cup(s) on the drip tray directly under the portafilter spouts. The adjustable drip tray allows for different cup heights.
- Select Espresso Type: Once the machine is preheated (buttons stop flashing), select 'Espresso' for a single shot or 'Espresso x2' for a double shot on the touch control panel. The machine will automatically brew your espresso.





Automatic Milk Frothing System
The machine features an automatic milk frothing system for convenient preparation of cappuccinos and lattes.
- Fill Milk Tank: Ensure the detachable milk tank is filled with cold milk up to the MAX line.
- Adjust Froth Level: Use the milk froth control knob on the milk tank to adjust the desired foam thickness.
- Select Drink: Place your cup under the milk spout and coffee spout. Select 'Cappuccino' or 'Latte' on the touch control panel. The machine will automatically dispense frothed milk and then espresso.
- Manual Frothing (Separate): To froth milk separately without brewing coffee, press and hold the Double Cappuccino button for 3 seconds. The machine will activate the milk froth function. Press the button again to stop.

Hot Water Dispensing
To dispense hot water for tea or other beverages:
- Place a cup under the coffee spout.
- Select 'Hot Water' on the touch control panel. The machine will dispense hot water.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily Cleaning
- Drip Tray: Empty and rinse the drip tray daily. The red indicator will pop up when it needs emptying.
- Portafilter and Filter Baskets: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard used coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter basket under hot water.
- Milk Tank: After each use, empty any remaining milk and rinse the milk tank thoroughly with water. For a deeper clean, disassemble and wash with warm, soapy water.
- Steam Wand: Immediately after frothing milk, wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth to remove any milk residue. Briefly purge the steam wand to clear any internal blockages.
Self-Cleaning Program
The machine features a self-cleaning program for the milk system. To activate, ensure the milk tank is filled with water, turn the milk froth control knob to 'CLEAN', and select a milk-based drink function (e.g., Latte or Cappuccino). The machine will flush water through the milk system.
Descaling
