Setup

Unpacking

Carefully remove the elliptical machine and all accessories from its packaging. The machine comes fully assembled and ready for use.

Initial Power Connection

Plug the power cord into the machine and then into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the main power switch located at the bottom of the machine is turned on (it will illuminate red).

Using Foot Straps

The included Velcro straps can be used to secure your feet to the pedals for added stability, especially during more vigorous exercise or for users with limited mobility. Wrap the straps around your shoes and the pedals, securing them firmly.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The machine features an intuitive control panel and a remote control for easy operation. The LCD monitor displays Time, Distance, Counts, and Calories burned.

Auto Mode (P1-P12) & Manual Mode (HR)

The UMAY elliptical offers both Auto and Manual modes. In Auto mode (P1-P12), the speed and direction are pre-programmed and change automatically every few minutes. In Manual mode (HR), you have full control over speed and direction.

Adjusting Speed

The machine offers 12 adjustable speed levels, ranging from walking speed to fast running speed. Use the speed buttons on the control panel or remote to increase or decrease the intensity.

Maintenance

Mute Function

The UMAY elliptical features a mute system for ultra-quiet operation. To mute the sound, long press the Power button to turn off the screen, then long press the Direction button on the machine for 1.5 seconds. After two beeps, the sound prompt will be canceled. To restore normal sound, follow the same steps; after one beep, the sound will be restored.

Lubrication

Regular lubrication ensures smooth operation and extends the lifespan of your elliptical. Apply the provided lubrication oil to the designated areas as shown in the video.

• DO NOT STAND on the elliptical machine. It is designed for seated use only.
• This product is NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN. Keep out of reach of children.
