Setup

1. Assemble the Feeder: Place the stainless steel food bowl onto the base of the feeder. Ensure it is securely attached.
2. Add Pet Food: Open the top lid and pour dry pet food into the storage tank. The feeder supports kibble sizes from 2mm to 16mm. Close the lid securely to maintain freshness.
3. Power Connection:
   • Connect the Type-C power cable to the feeder and plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
   • For backup power, insert 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. This ensures continuous operation during power outages.

4. Download the App: Search for the "CozyMoew" app (or specified app name in the included manual) on your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi:
   • Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The feeder only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
   • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new device. This typically involves putting the feeder into pairing mode (refer to the app or included manual for specific button presses) and entering your Wi-Fi credentials.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting Feeding Schedules:
   • Open the CozyMoew app on your smartphone.
   • Select your feeder from the device list.
   • Navigate to the "Feeding Schedule" section.
   • Set desired feeding times and portion sizes (number of units/servings) for up to 6 meals per day. The app allows flexible scheduling without time or frequency restrictions.
2. Manual Feeding:
   • You can manually dispense food at any time using the app's "Feed Now" function.
   • Alternatively, a manual feed button may be present on the feeder unit itself for immediate dispensing (refer to the physical unit for button location).
3. Remote Management:

   Even when you are away from home, you can monitor and adjust your pet's feeding schedule in real-time through the app, provided the feeder is connected to Wi-Fi.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Food Bowl and Top Cover:
   • The stainless steel food bowl is detachable and can be washed with water or in a dishwasher.
   • The top cover is also washable.
   • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
2. Cleaning the Main Unit:

   The main unit, which contains electronic components, is not washable. Wipe it clean with a tightly wrung, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse it in water.

3. Desiccant Replacement:

   The feeder includes a built-in desiccant to maintain food freshness. It is recommended to replace the desiccant once a month to ensure optimal moisture absorption.

4. Anti-Clog Mechanism:

   The feeder features an anti-clog design with an overload protection system that stops the motor if resistance is detected, preventing damage. The two-layer diversion structure ensures smooth and uniform food dispensing.
