1. Introduction

The BOOX Tablet Go Color 7 Gen II is an advanced E Ink tablet designed for an immersive reading and creative experience. Featuring a 7-inch Kaleido 3 color display, it offers both vibrant color and crisp monochrome viewing. This device supports active stylus input for note-taking and sketching, runs on Android 13, and provides ample storage for your digital content.

2. What's in the Box

Please ensure all the following items are present in your product package:

• Device (BOOX Tablet Go Color 7 Gen II)

Note: The Active Stylus InkSense is not included in the box and must be purchased separately.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Power On

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, connect the device to a power source using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible charger. The battery indicator will show charging status.
2. Power On: Press and hold the Power Button located on the side of the device until the BOOX logo appears on the screen.
3. Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and complete the initial Android setup.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device Not Responding: If the device becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
• Screen Appears Dark: Adjust the front light settings in the quick settings panel or through the main settings menu. Ensure the device is not in a very dark environment without sufficient lighting.
• Battery Drains Quickly: Reduce screen brightness, close unused applications running in the background, and disable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth when not in use. Ensure no demanding applications are constantly running.
• Stylus Not Working: Ensure you are using the compatible Active Stylus InkSense. If it's a USI 2.0 stylus, ensure it is charged and properly paired.
• Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi: Double-check your Wi-Fi password. Try restarting your router and the device. Ensure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal.
