3. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the cooktop to prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.

4. Setup & Installation
The GRACEALL cooktop offers flexible installation options: freestanding countertop use or built-in integration into your kitchen worktop.
4.1. Freestanding Countertop Use
- Place the cooktop on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance around the cooktop for ventilation.
- Plug the cooktop into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. No special wiring is required.

4.2. Built-in Installation
For built-in installation, professional assistance is recommended to ensure proper cutting and sealing of the countertop.
- Prepare a cutout in your kitchen worktop with the following dimensions: approximately 19.3 inches (49 cm) in depth and 10.3 inches (26 cm) in width. Ensure the cutout depth is more than 2 inches (5 cm).
- Apply the provided buffer tape around the edges of the cutout to create a seal and protect the cooktop.
- Carefully lower the cooktop into the cutout.
- Secure the cooktop using the included mounting accessories.
- Plug the cooktop into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
The cooktop features intuitive touch controls for each burner. Refer to the control panel diagram for button identification.

5.1. Powering On/Off
- To turn on a burner, press the ON/OFF button for the desired heating zone. The display will show "0".
- To turn off a burner, press the ON/OFF button again. The display will show "H" (for hot) until the surface cools.
- To turn off the entire cooktop, ensure both burners are off.
5.2. Adjusting Heat Levels
- After turning on a burner, use the + or - buttons to select a power level from 1 to 9.
- For maximum heat, press the PEAK button. This activates the highest power level instantly.
5.3. Timer Function
- With a burner active, press the TIMER button.
- Use the + or - buttons to set the desired cooking time (1-99 minutes).
- The burner will automatically turn off once the timer expires.
5.4. Keep Warm Function
- To activate the Keep Warm function, press the KEEP WARM button for the active burner.
- This mode maintains a low, consistent heat to keep food warm without overcooking.
5.5. Pause Function
- To temporarily pause cooking, press the PAUSE button.
- Press the PAUSE button again to resume cooking at the previous settings.

5.6. Child Safety Lock
- To activate the Child Safety Lock, press and hold the LOCK button for 2 seconds. This prevents accidental operation.
- To deactivate, press and hold the LOCK button again for 2 seconds.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your cooktop. Always ensure the cooktop is completely cool before cleaning.
- Allow the cooktop to cool down completely after use. The "H" indicator will turn off when it's safe to touch.
- For light spills, wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For stubborn, stuck-on messes, use the provided scraper at a 45-degree angle to gently lift residue. Follow with a cooktop cleaner and a soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the surface.
- Clean the stainless steel body with a soft, damp cloth.
