BSNANCA 200-Egg Automatic Incubator

Instruction Manual

1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your BSNANCA 200-Egg Automatic Incubator. Please read all instructions carefully before setup and use to ensure optimal hatching results and product longevity. This incubator is designed for incubating, hatching, and brooding various poultry eggs.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present in the package:

  • 1 x BSNANCA 200-Egg Automatic Incubator Unit
  • 1 x Power Adapter (EU 220V / UK 110V / JP 110V, depending on region)
  • 1 x Foam Insulation Box
  • 1 x Instruction Manual (this document)

3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the incubator on a stable, level surface in a room with a consistent ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or extreme temperature fluctuations.
  3. Assembly: Ensure the multi-functional adjustable spacing egg trays are correctly installed within the incubator.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the incubator and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The incubator will power on and display the current temperature.
  5. Pre-heating: Allow the incubator to run for at least 2-3 hours to stabilize the internal temperature before placing eggs inside.
  6. Water Level: Fill the water channels at the bottom of the incubator to establish the initial humidity level. Ensure the humidity is not less than 60%.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Temperature Control

The incubator features automatic temperature control and displays the current internal temperature on the LED screen. The system maintains the optimal temperature for incubation automatically. Refer to specific egg type requirements for ideal temperature settings, which can be adjusted if necessary through the control panel (refer to the control panel section in the full manual for detailed button functions).

4.2. Humidity Management

Maintaining proper humidity is crucial for successful hatching. Regularly check the water level in the channels and refill as needed to ensure the humidity remains above 60%. The foam insulation box helps in maintaining stable temperature and humidity, especially in cooler environments.

4.3. Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator is equipped with an automatic egg turning mechanism. The system automatically rotates the eggs every 2 hours, ensuring even heat distribution and preventing the embryo from sticking to the shell. The egg turning countdown function displays the time until the next turn, with a default interval of 120 minutes.

4.4. Incubation Process Monitoring

The incubator includes an incubation days viewing function, allowing you to intuitively track and view the number of days passed since incubation began. This helps in monitoring the progress of your hatch.

5. Key Features

  • Three-in-One Functionality: Designed for incubation, hatching, and brooding, eliminating the need for separate equipment.
  • High Capacity: Capable of holding up to 200 chicken eggs, with adjustable trays to accommodate various egg sizes.
  • Multifunctional roller egg tray accommodating various egg sizes

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each incubation cycle, unplug the incubator and clean all internal surfaces with a mild disinfectant solution. Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage or next use.
  • Water Channels: Regularly clean the water channels to prevent algae or bacterial growth.
  • Storage: Store the incubator in a clean, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting Tips

  • Temperature Fluctuations: During the incubation period, avoid frequently opening the incubator lid to prevent significant temperature drops.
  • Low Humidity: Ensure the water level in the channels is adequate. Humidity should not fall below 60%.
  • Before Each Incubation: It is recommended to restore the incubator to factory settings before starting a new incubation cycle to ensure optimal performance.
  • Post-Hatch Care: After eggs have hatched, keep the newly hatched chicks warm to prevent chilling.
