The ciciglow AI Smart Translator is designed to facilitate communication across language barriers, supporting 138 languages for real-time voice translation, offline translation, and camera translation. 3. Device Overview

Key Components:

• Power Button: Located on the side, used to turn the device on/off and wake/sleep the screen.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Power On

1. Press and hold the Power Key (refer to Figure 2) for approximately 3 seconds until the screen illuminates and the device powers on.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred system language and connect to a Wi-Fi network. A stable internet connection is recommended for optimal performance of online translation features.

4.2 Charging the Device

Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

The ciciglow AI Smart Translator offers various translation modes to suit different situations.

5.1 Online Voice Translation (138 Languages)

This mode requires an active Wi-Fi connection for real-time translation of spoken words.

1. From the main menu, select Online Translation.
2. Tap on the language indicators on the screen to select your source and target languages. The device supports 138 languages.
3. Press and hold Voice Key A (for the first language) and speak clearly into the microphone. Release the button when finished.
4. The device will display the translated text on the screen and speak it aloud in the target language.
5. For a two-way conversation, the other person can press and hold Voice Key B (for the second language) and speak.

5.2 Offline Translation (19 Languages)

This mode allows translation without an internet connection. It supports 19 pre-installed languages.

1. From the main menu, select Offline Translate.
2. Select your desired source and target languages from the available offline packages.
3. Proceed with voice input using Voice Key A and Voice Key B as described in the online translation section.

5.3 Photo Translation (74 Online, 40 Offline Languages)

Use the built-in camera to translate text from images.

1. From the main menu, select Photo Translate.
2. Point the device's camera at the text you wish to translate (e.g., menus, signs, documents).
3. Tap the screen to capture the image.
4. The device will process the image and display the translated text. You can also choose to have the translated text read aloud.

5.4 Simultaneous Interpretation

This feature allows for real-time sharing of translation results, often used in conjunction with a smartphone.

1. Select Simultaneous Interpretation from the main menu.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device with another compatible device (e.g., a smartphone) if required.
3. Speak into the translator, and the translated text will be displayed on both devices in real-time.

5.5 Smart Recording

The device can record audio and provide real-time transcription and translation.

1. Select Smart Recording from the main menu.
2. Choose the source language for recording.
3. Tap the record button to begin recording. The device will transcribe the spoken words and can translate them into a selected target language.
