1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before beginning installation. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.

• Ensure the power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance.
• All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, and the National Electric Code.
• The ceiling fan must be mounted to a ceiling joist or support structure capable of supporting a minimum of 35 lbs (15.9 kg).
• Do not operate the fan with damaged blades or housing.
• Keep hands, clothing, and other objects clear of the fan blades when the fan is in operation.

3. Installation Guide

3.1 Pre-Installation Steps

1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
2. Mount the ceiling bracket securely to a ceiling joist or suitable support.

3.2 Fan Assembly

1. Attach the blade connectors to the motor assembly using the provided screws.
2. Secure the fan blades to the blade connectors. Ensure the desired blade finish (black or wood grain) is facing down.
3. Remove the pre-installed screws from the motor assembly to attach the light kit.
4. Connect the light kit wires and fix the light kit to the motor with screws. Rotate to fix the lampshade.
5. Disassemble the down rod and route all wires through it.
6. Fix the down rod to the motor coupling with a bolt and insert the R-pin.
7. Assemble the canopy, coupling cover, and hanging ball through the down rod.

3.3 Wiring and Mounting

1. Connect the receiver to the house power cord according to the provided wiring diagram. Ensure all connections are secure with wire nuts.
2. Snap the assembled fan into the installed ceiling bracket.
3. Insert the fixing pin, push the hanging ball up, and fix it with screws.
4. Rotate the canopy clockwise until screw heads engage the key slots fully, then tighten the screws. Be careful not to damage or cut the wiring.

Note: This ceiling fan supports installation on sloped ceilings up to 10 degrees.

Your SODSEA ceiling fan is controlled by the included remote control, offering various functions for comfort and convenience.

4.1 Fan Speed Control

Image: The fan offers 6 adjustable speeds. Speeds 1-2 are suitable for sleep, 3-4 for family activities, and 5-6 for stronger airflow during warmer periods.

• The remote control allows selection of 6 fan speeds.
• Use lower speeds (1-2) for gentle air circulation, medium speeds (3-4) for general comfort, and higher speeds (5-6) for maximum airflow.

4.2 Light Control (3CCT & Dimmable)

Image: The remote control allows adjustment of the LED light's color temperature (Warm 3000K, Daylight 4000K, Cool 6500K) and brightness from 12% to 100%.

• The integrated 24W LED light offers three color temperatures: Warm (3000K), Daylight (4000K), and Cool (6500K).
• Brightness is adjustable from 12% to 100%.
• Memory Function: If the fan light is switched off for more than 10 seconds using the remote, it will retain the last color temperature and brightness setting when turned back on. For short power cycles (less than 10 seconds), quickly flip the wall switch to cycle through color temperatures.

4.3 Reversible Motor Function

• The reversible DC motor allows you to change the direction of the fan blades.
• Summer Mode (Downward Airflow): Creates a cooling breeze.

4.4 Timer Function

• Set the fan to automatically turn off after 1, 3, or 6 hours using the remote control.
