• Assemble the desk carefully, following all provided instructions. Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened.
• Use the height adjustment function with caution. Ensure there are no obstructions (e.g., walls, furniture, cables, body parts) in the path of the desk's movement to prevent pinching or crushing.
• Keep children and pets away from the desk during operation.

3. Setup and Assembly

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the parts list in your assembly guide.
2. Assemble Frame: Follow the steps to assemble the four-leg frame structure. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
3. Attach Desktop: Secure the desktop to the assembled frame.
4. Connect Motors and Control Panel: Connect the motor cables to the control box and then connect the control panel and power supply cable as indicated in the assembly guide.
5. Initial Power-On: Plug the desk into a power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The SANODESK QS2 features an intuitive smart control panel for easy height adjustment and personalized settings.

4.1 Height Adjustment

• Up/Down Buttons (▲ / ▼): Press and hold the UP (▲) button to raise the desk, or the DOWN (▼) button to lower it. Release the button to stop at your desired height. The LED display will show the current height in centimeters.

4.2 Memory Presets

The control panel allows you to save two preferred height settings for quick recall.

• To Set a Memory Position: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP/DOWN buttons. Press the 'M' button (often represented by a memory icon or 'M'), then press either '1' or '2' within 3 seconds. The LED display will show 'S-1' or 'S-2' to confirm the setting.
• To Recall a Memory Position: Simply press the corresponding '1' or '2' button. The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

4.3 Sedentary Reminder

The sedentary reminder prompts you to change your posture at regular intervals, promoting healthier work habits.

• To Activate/Set Reminder: Press the 'T' button (often represented by a clock icon). Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select your desired reminder interval (e.g., 30, 45, 60 minutes). Press 'T' again to confirm.
• The desk will emit a gentle reminder sound or display a notification after the set time to encourage you to switch between sitting and standing.

4.4 Reset Function

If the desk encounters an error, does not move smoothly, or needs recalibration, use the reset function.

• To Perform a Reset: Press and hold the 'Reset' button (often marked 'R' or a downward arrow with a line) until the desk moves to its lowest position and then slightly back up. This indicates a successful reset. Release the button once the reset is complete.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SANODESK QS2.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the desk surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or solvents that could damage the finish.
• Fastener Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly managed and not pinched or tangled, especially during height adjustments.
• Environmental Conditions: Keep the desk in a dry environment. Avoid exposing electrical components to moisture.
