2. Important Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage before connecting.
- Do not immerse the power base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

- The blades are sharp. Handle the cross blade attachment with extreme care during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
- This appliance is not intended for blending hot liquids. Allow hot ingredients to cool before blending.

- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.

3. Product Components
The GOURMETmaxx Mr. Magic Power+ Mixer comes as a 4-piece set, including the following components:

4. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending cup, cross blade attachment, and To-Go lid) with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Place the Powerbase on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Add your desired ingredients into the 500ml Blending Cup. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
- Carefully attach the Cross Blade Attachment to the open end of the Blending Cup. Twist clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Invert the assembled Blending Cup (with the blade attachment facing down) and place it onto the Powerbase. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the Powerbase and twist clockwise to lock it into place.
5. Operating Instructions
The GOURMETmaxx Mr. Magic Power+ Mixer offers 8 functions for various culinary tasks, including mixing, stirring, chopping, beating, and pureeing.
- Ensure the Blending Cup is securely locked onto the Powerbase.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet.
- To start blending, press down firmly on the top of the Blending Cup. The motor will activate.
- To stop blending, release the pressure on the Blending Cup. The motor will stop.
- For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous operation. Do not operate the mixer continuously for more than 1 minute at a time. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 3 minutes between cycles to prevent overheating.
- Once blending is complete, unplug the appliance.
- Carefully remove the Blending Cup from the Powerbase by twisting counter-clockwise.
- Unscrew the Cross Blade Attachment from the Blending Cup. You can then attach the To-Go Lid if you wish to take your beverage with you.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the Powerbase with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the Powerbase in water or any other liquid.

- Carefully rinse the Cross Blade Attachment under running water immediately after use. Use a brush to remove any food residue. Exercise extreme caution due to the sharp blades.
