4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper assembly and installation of your Sunster Diesel Air Heater.

4.1 Initial Setup

1. Screw the two bottom corners of the fitting into the holes under the fuel tank.

4.2 Air Duct Installation

1. Open the warm air duct and place a clamp at the pipe opening.
2. Attach the duct to the air outlet on the heater and tighten the clamp securely.
3. Open the second air duct, place a clamp, and attach it to the left air inlet position. Tighten the clamp.

4.3 Exhaust System Installation

1. Take out the heat-insulating cloth and straighten the exhaust pipe.
2. Wrap the heat-insulating cloth around the exhaust pipe.
3. Install the muffler onto the exhaust pipe and secure it with two small clamps.
4. Screw the assembled exhaust pipe into the left interface of the heater.
5. Important: Ensure the exhaust pipe is not in direct contact with the wiring harness to prevent fusing.

4.4 Power Connection

1. For AC power, connect the power adapter to the heater and plug it into a standard 110V-240V AC outlet.
2. For DC power, connect the positive and negative copper rings of the battery power cord to the corresponding terminals on the heater. Ensure correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative).

4.5 Fueling

1. Unscrew the fuel tank cap located on the top of the heater.
2. Carefully add diesel fuel to the tank. Do not overfill.
3. Securely replace the fuel tank cap.
