Button Functions:
- LIGHT Button (Top Left): Activates the EL backlight.
- MODE Button (Bottom Left): Cycles through different modes (Time, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, Alarm).
- ST/STP Button (Top Right): Starts/stops functions, increases values during setting.
- RESET Button (Bottom Right): Resets functions, decreases values during setting, long press to toggle key tone on/off.
Setup
1. Initial Power On:
The watch comes with a pre-installed CR2025 battery. If the display is blank, ensure the battery is properly seated. No charging is required for this model.
2. Setting Time and Date:
- From Time Mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting screen appears (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the ST/STP button to increase the flashing value and the RESET button to decrease it.
- Press the MODE button to move to the next setting (e.g., hours, minutes, seconds, year, month, day).
- Once all settings are adjusted, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to Time Mode.
3. 12/24 Hour Format:
In Time Mode, press the ST/STP button to toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.
Operating Modes
Press the MODE button to cycle through the different functions: Time Mode → Stopwatch Mode → Countdown Timer Mode → Alarm Mode.
1. Time Mode:
This is the default display, showing the current time, date, and day of the week.
2. Stopwatch Mode:
The stopwatch measures time with 0.01-second accuracy, up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.
- Press MODE to enter Stopwatch Mode.
- Press ST/STP to start the stopwatch.
- Press ST/STP again to pause.
- Press RESET to clear the stopwatch to zero.

3. Lap Timing:
While the stopwatch is running, you can record up to 10 lap times.
- While the stopwatch is running, press RESET to record a lap time. The current lap time will be displayed briefly.
- The stopwatch continues to run in the background.
- To view recorded lap times, enter Data Mode (if available, or cycle through modes to find lap record display).
4. Countdown Timer Mode:
The countdown timer is ideal for interval training, allowing customizable multi-phase training (warm-up, workout, rest, repeat, set).
- Press MODE to enter Countdown Timer Mode.
- Press and hold RESET to enter setting mode.
- Use ST/STP and RESET to set the desired countdown time.
- Press MODE to confirm each segment (hours, minutes, seconds).
- Press ST/STP to start the countdown.
- Press ST/STP again to pause/resume.
- Press RESET to stop and reset the timer.
5. Alarm Mode:
Set a daily alarm to remind you of important events.
- Press MODE to enter Alarm Mode.
- Press and hold RESET to enter alarm setting mode.
- Use ST/STP and RESET to set the alarm time.
- Press MODE to confirm and move to the next segment.
- Press ST/STP to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear when activated.
6. EL Backlight:
The EL backlight illuminates the display for easy viewing in low-light conditions.
- Press the LIGHT button (top left) to activate the backlight. It will stay on for a few seconds.

7. Hourly Chime:
An optional chime sounds at the top of every hour.
- In Time Mode, press the MODE button to enter Alarm Mode.
- Press the RESET button to toggle the hourly chime ON/OFF. A small icon (often a bell or speaker) will indicate when it's active.
Water Resistance Guidelines
The EZON L008 watch is rated for 5ATM (50 meters) water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use, hand washing, and swimming in shallow water.

Important Precautions:
- Do NOT press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
