This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ANZZI Series frameless sliding shower door. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning installation to ensure proper function and safety. Professional installation is recommended.

Setup and Installation

For a visual guide, please refer to the official installation video below. Ensure you have all necessary tools and follow safety precautions.

Key Installation Steps:

1. Measure and Prepare: Accurately measure your shower opening (W1 and W2) to ensure proper fit. Verify walls are plumb and level. Mark the installation points for the wall brackets.
2. Install Wall Brackets: Drill holes at the marked locations. Secure the wall bracket plates, ensuring they are plumb.
3. Prepare Support Bar: Remove wall brackets from the support bar. If necessary, cut the support bar to the required length (W1 minus 1.5 inches).
4. Install Support Bar: Attach the support bar to the installed wall bracket plates. Ensure it is level and secure.
5. Install Bottom Rail and Guide Block: Position the bottom rail and guide block at the center of the shower base. Mark and drill holes. Secure with screws if drilling into acrylic or wood, or use silicone sealant for tile.
6. Attach Rollers to Glass Panels: Assemble the rollers, gaskets, washers, and stoppers onto the glass panels. Ensure the side holes point upward.
7. Hang Fixed Glass Panel: Carefully lift and hang the fixed glass panel onto the support bar. Ensure it is properly seated and secured.
8. Hang Sliding Glass Panel: Hang the sliding glass panel onto the support bar. Place a cloth or blanket under the door for protection during this step.
9. Adjust Door Alignment: Slightly push the door to the wall to check if the water sealing strip aligns. If not, loosen the screw of the roller and turn the eccentric block to adjust the door's position. Retighten screws after adjustment.
10. Install Door Handles: Attach the door handles to the designated holes on the glass panels using the provided screws, anchors, and gaskets.
11. Apply Silicone Sealant: Apply silicone sealant along the bottom rail and vertical edges where the glass meets the wall to ensure a watertight seal.

Operating Instructions

Your ANZZI frameless sliding shower door is designed for smooth and quiet operation. To open or close the door, gently slide the handle along the track. Avoid forcing the door, as this may damage the rollers or track. The door features easy glide rollers for effortless movement.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door.

• Glass Cleaning: The Tsunami Guard coating repels water, soap scum, and mineral staining, making cleaning easier. For best results, wipe down the glass after each use with a soft cloth or squeegee. For deeper cleaning, use a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that could damage the Tsunami Guard coating.
• Hardware Cleaning: Clean the brushed gold Rhino Alloy hardware with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, or acid, as these can damage the finish.
• Seals and Gaskets: Periodically check the sealing strips and gaskets for wear or damage. Replace them if necessary to maintain a watertight enclosure.
• Roller Maintenance: Ensure the rollers are free of debris and operate smoothly. If they become stiff, clean them and apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant if needed.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your shower door, try the following solutions:

• Door does not slide smoothly: Check rollers for debris. Clean and lubricate if necessary. Ensure the track is clear.
• Water leakage: Inspect all silicone sealant lines and sealing strips. Reapply sealant or replace worn seals as needed. Ensure the door is properly aligned and closes completely.
• Door alignment issues: Refer to the installation video and step 9 in the Setup section to adjust the eccentric blocks on the rollers.
