It also features a built-in Digital ID for enhanced recovery options.
Setup
- Turning On/Off: To turn on the AirCard Pro, firmly press the designated 'ON' button 5 times in quick succession. To turn it off, repeat the same action. Ensure firm presses for proper activation/deactivation.
- Pairing with Android Find My Device:
- Ensure your Android device has Bluetooth enabled and is connected to the internet.
- Once the AirCard Pro is turned on, your Android phone should prompt you to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and set up the 'Find My Device' application (or 'Find Hub' if specifically prompted).
- Complete the pairing process within the app. You may be asked to label your AirCard Pro, especially if you have multiple units.
- Registering Digital ID (Sherr.it):
- The AirCard Pro includes a unique QR code. Scan this QR code with your smartphone camera.
- This will direct you to a secure, customizable Sherr.it profile.

Operating
- Locating Items with Sound:
- Open the Google Find My Device app on your Android device.
- Select your AirCard Pro from the list of devices.
- Tap the 'Play Sound' option. The AirCard Pro will emit a loud sound (via its 20mm buzzer) to help you locate it, even if it's inside a bag, pocket, or under furniture.
- Lost Mode and Digital ID:
- If your AirCard Pro is lost, you can activate 'Lost Mode' through the Google Find My Device app. This allows you to leave a custom message and contact information.
- The unique QR code on the AirCard Pro acts as a Digital ID. If someone finds your lost item, they can scan the QR code to access your customizable Sherr.it profile and contact you securely without needing a subscription.
- 'Notify When Left Behind' Feature:
- Enable this feature in the Google Find My Device app to receive alerts if your AirCard Pro moves out of range from your Android device.
- If your item is spotted by another Find My Device-enabled Android device, you will receive a notification with its updated location.

- A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 12 months of battery life.

Troubleshooting
- Device Not Turning On/Off: Ensure you are pressing the 'ON' button firmly 5 times in quick succession. A light indicator should confirm the action.
- Not Connecting to Find My Device:
- Verify Bluetooth is active on your Android device.
- Check that the AirCard Pro is sufficiently charged.
- Ensure the Find My Device app is updated to the latest version.
- Try restarting both your Android device and the AirCard Pro.
- Sound Alert Not Loud Enough: The 20mm buzzer is designed to be audible in various environments. If the sound is muffled, check if the AirCard Pro is deeply embedded in an item or covered by thick material.
- Accidental Activation/Deactivation or Battery Drain: The power button is pressure-sensitive. If carrying the AirCard Pro in a tight wallet or pocket, external pressure might inadvertently activate or deactivate the device, leading to unexpected sound alerts or faster battery depletion. Consider adjusting its placement to avoid constant pressure on the button.
- Location Not Updating: Ensure your Android device has a stable internet connection and location services are enabled for the Find My Device app. The AirCard Pro relies on nearby Android devices to update its location.
