It features an 8KW heating capacity, dual power supply options (12/24V DC and 110-240V AC), app control, a wireless temperature sensing switch with CO alarm, and adaptive plateau mode for high-altitude use.

2. Safety Information

• Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarm: The included A2422 Wireless Temperature Sensing Switch features a CO ALARM that triggers an alarm and automatic shutdown if unsafe levels of carbon monoxide are detected. Always ensure proper ventilation when operating the heater.
• Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Never operate the heater in an enclosed space without proper exhaust routing and fresh air intake.
• Flammable Materials: Keep flammable or explosive materials clear of the exhaust pipe area to prevent ignition of combustible materials and potential fire hazards.
• Exhaust Pipe: Ensure the exhaust pipe is securely installed and routed away from any combustible materials or living spaces. Avoid direct contact between the exhaust pipe and wiring harnesses to prevent fusing.
• Fuel: Use only diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or other volatile fuels.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Assembly

1. Install Feet: Screw the two bottom corners (feet) into the designated holes under the fuel tank.
2. Connect Warm Air Duct: Open the warm air duct and place a clamp at the pipe opening. Attach the duct to the air outlet on the heater and tighten the clamp securely.
3. Connect Inlet Duct: Open the second air duct and place a clamp at the pipe opening. Attach the duct to the left air inlet position and tighten the clamp securely.
4. Install Exhaust Pipe and Muffler: Straighten the exhaust pipe. Put on the heat-insulating cloth over the exhaust pipe. Install the muffler onto the exhaust pipe and secure it with two small clamps. Screw the assembled exhaust pipe into the left interface on the heater. Ensure the exhaust pipe does not directly contact any wiring harnesses.

4.2 Fueling the Heater

The fuel tank is located at the back of the unit. Unscrew the fuel cap and carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank. Ensure the cap is securely tightened after fueling.

4.3 Power Connection

The Sunster TB10PRO supports dual power supply options:

• 12/24V DC: Use the provided battery power cord to connect to a vehicle battery.
• 110-240V AC: Use the AC-DC adapter to connect to a standard household power outlet.

The heater can automatically switch between vehicle and household power sources.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel (A2409PRO LCD Switch)

The LCD switch allows you to control various functions of the heater:

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the heater on or off.
• Mode Selection: Use the knob to switch between temperature control mode, constant temperature mode, and gear mode.
• Numerical Adjustment: Rotate the knob clockwise to increase settings (e.g., temperature, gear level) and counter-clockwise to decrease them.
• Ventilation Function: Circulates air when heating is not required.
• Automatic Start/Stop: Automatically shuts off when the set temperature is reached and activates when the temperature drops.
• Adaptive Plateau Mode: Automatically adjusts fuel output based on altitude (up to 4,500 meters).

5.2 Wireless Temperature Sensing Switch (A2422)

The A2422 remote acts as an indoor thermostat, sensing the actual room temperature for precise control. It also includes a CO alarm for enhanced safety.

• Built-in Temperature Sensor: Detects current ambient temperature.
• CO Detection Function: Triggers an alarm and auto-shutdown if unsafe CO levels are detected.
• Remote Control: Power on/off, switch operating modes, adjust operating parameters, and set functions.
