Setup

Before initial use, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours to ensure the refrigerant settles. This unit is designed for easy, tool-free installation.

1. Window Kit Installation:

  1. Assemble the window panel kit according to your window's dimensions (suitable for single/double-hung or sliding windows).
  2. Insert the assembled window panel into the window opening.
  3. Use the provided foam strips to seal any gaps around the window kit to prevent air leakage.

2. Exhaust Hose Connection:

  1. Attach one end of the exhaust hose to the unit's exhaust air outlet by twisting it clockwise until secure.
  2. Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the adapter in the window kit.
  3. Ensure the exhaust hose is not bent or kinked to maintain optimal airflow.

3. Drainage:

This unit features a self-evaporating system that typically handles most moisture. However, for continuous drainage in high humidity environments or during dehumidifier mode, you can attach the included drainage hose to the middle drain port and direct it to a floor drain or a container.

Operating Instructions

Your portable air conditioner can be operated via the control panel on the unit or the remote control.

  • Power Button: Turns the unit ON/OFF.
  • Mode Button: Cycles through Cool, Dehumidifier, and Fan modes.

  • Cool Mode: Provides powerful cooling for rooms up to 750 sq. ft. Adjust temperature and fan speed as desired.
  • Dehumidifier Mode: Reduces humidity levels in the room (up to 80 pints/day).
  • Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling. Choose from High, Medium, or Low fan speeds.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your portable air conditioner.

Filter Cleaning:

The unit is equipped with washable air filters. Clean the filters every two weeks or as needed, especially in dusty environments.

  1. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the filter covers located on the back of the unit.
  3. Gently slide out the air filters.
  4. Wash the filters with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before reinserting.
  5. Reinstall the dry filters and close the covers.

Unit Cleaning:

Seasonal Storage:

Before storing the unit for an extended period:

  1. Drain any accumulated water from the internal tank by removing the bottom drain plug.
  2. Run the unit in fan-only mode for a few hours to dry the interior completely.
  3. Clean the air filters and reinsert them.
  4. Store the unit in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
