Setup

  • Temperature Sensor: Connect the black wires to the 'T' and 'VCC GND' terminals.
  • Humidity Sensor: Connect the black and yellow wires to the 'H' and 'VCC' terminals.
  • Exhaust Fan: Connect to terminals 1 and 2.
  • Egg Turning Motor: Connect to terminals 3 and 4.
  • Humidification Equipment: Connect to terminals 5 and 6.
  • Heating Equipment: Connect to terminals 7 and 8.

Panel Functions:

  • Display: Shows current temperature (left) and humidity (right).
  • Indicators: LEDs for HEAT, WET, TURN, ET (Egg Turning), Overtemperature, Heating, Humidification, and Celsius/Fahrenheit mode.
  • Set Key (Gear icon): Used to enter setting mode.
  • + Key (Up arrow): Used to increase values or navigate menus.
  • - Key (Down arrow): Used to decrease values or navigate menus.
  • Enter Key (Right arrow): Used to confirm selections or switch temperature units.

Temperature Unit Switching (Celsius/Fahrenheit):

The HT-10 supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit display modes. To switch between them:

  • Press the Enter Key (right arrow button) to toggle the temperature unit.
  • If the 'C/F' indicator light is on, the display is in Fahrenheit.
  • If the 'C/F' indicator light is off, the display is in Celsius.

The controller comes with the following default settings for optimal incubation:

  • Temperature: 38°C (100.4°F)
  • Humidity: 60% RH
  • Egg Turning Cycle: Every 90 minutes
  • Egg Turning Duration: 180 seconds
  • Ventilation Cycle: Every 120 minutes
  • Ventilation Duration: 30 seconds
